About this regulated qualification
Gain essential skills for cleaning food preparation areas and kitchen appliances safely. This Level 1 qualification prepares you to select and use personal protective equipment (PPE), prepare cleaning agents and materials, and use cleaning equipment. You will also learn correct storage procedures and work area preparation whilst building the technical skills required by commercial kitchens, food businesses, and hospitality venues.
