Join our network of approved Centres and deliver industry-leading WasteSmart training.
How to apply
The approval process starts with submitting an Expression of Interest form. Completed forms should be sent to qualifications@ciwm.co.uk.
Before you submit it, we recommend you familiarise yourself with the Code of Practice for the delivery of CIWM WasteSmart.
Once we receive your Expression of Interest, we'll contact you to discuss delivering WasteSmart courses. You'll then complete the WasteSmart Centre Application Form and submit it with your supporting documentation.
Subject to meeting the approval criteria, your Centre will be formally approved to deliver WasteSmart courses and added to our list of approved Centres.
Fees
Current fees from April 2024:

*Tutor approval and renewal are included within the New Centre/Annual Centre Renewal Fee.
**Any additional tutors approved after initial centre approval must follow Stage 3 of the approval process. No additional charge applies to the approval or renewal of additional tutors.
***CIWM WasteSmart Centres are responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted to CIWM QuartzWeb. If certificate details (such as a learner's name) are incorrect, the centre will be charged for a replacement certificate.
