What are the benefits of being an Affiliated Organisation?

There are many benefits in becoming a CIWM Affiliated Organisation and the value of these vary depending on what each organisation is aiming to achieve.

Some see the main benefit as demonstrating a commitment to excellence in sustainable resource management to customers, staff and regulators. Others value supporting the development of key staff by giving them individual Affiliated Membership of CIWM. Most organisations see the discounts on training, event attendance and marketing as important.

How can I demonstrate that my organisation is affiliated to CIWM?

As part of your affiliation with CIWM you will receive a certificate in both digital and print format that can be displayed at your company premises and included in promotional literature and company documentation.

You will also receive access to the CIWM Affiliated Organisation logo in various formats that can be displayed on your company website, digital communications, email signature, printed website or printed literature.

How do I access my CIWM online account?

Simply visit, click the SIGN IN link in the top right-hand corner of the page and fill in your user name and password to gain access to your account.

If you have lost your user name or password simply click in the ‘I don’t know my user name or password’ link and an e-mail will be issued to enable you to log in. Alternatively you can contact the membership admin team or your account manager on 01604 620426.

How do I upload my CIWM Directory listing?

Log in to your Affiliated Organisation online account and click the link to the CIWM Directory. If you have not created an account you can do this here. Once your account is activated you will receive notification to enable you to log in and update the CIWM Directory with your organisation’s information.

If you already have an account, simply click on the directory link and enter your log in details.

How do I notify you of any changes to our account?

For changes to your account, such as a change of address, or to notify us of changes to your nominated CIWM Members or your coordinator, please e-mail or call your account manager on 01604 823336.
