Welcome to CIWM Webinars
CIWM delivers an extensive programme of webinars on a variety of topics throughout the year. As well as being a source of knowledge and information, these webinars also provide valuable opportunities to enhance and update your CPD or SLD records.
If you have any questions about our webinars, have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom of this page. If you can't find the answer you’re looking for, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As part of our efforts to support the resources and waste sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, all CIWM webinars are currently open to both members and non-members.
Come and join us for a fairly informal session designed to ensure you’re up to date with the organisational structure of CIWM including the CIWM Members’ Council. We’ll also talk about what the Members’ Council can do for you and the planned changes to CIWM’s Scientific and Technical arm.
Josh Parsons, the current Midlands representative for the Members’ Council, wants to hear your views so that he can feed those back at the next Members’ Council meeting in March.
Come and discuss what the CIWM’s plans are for 2021 from new online training and e-events, to our growing role in supporting policy reform and supporting the industry as it address the big issues of COVID, green recovery, decarbonisation etc.
Adam Read, Trustee Board Member and incoming President, will be on hand to give you some insight to the working of the CIWM Committees, Board and working groups, and share some ideas on what his hot topics for his presidency will be.
