This webinar will also be used to determine how to correctly define what a confined space is, as a recent survey of H&S managers showed 58% were unable to correctly define. 

Over half of fatalities within confined spaces occur when employees are attempting a rescue, due to vague or non-existent rescue plans or lack of suitable training.
