Flue Gas Conditioning & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (Mod 4)
About this training
Increasing demand for energy and rising energy prices is placing pressure on UK thermal waste treatment plants, both private and public, to generate useful heat and/or power effectively and efficiently from non-recyclable and residual waste streams (including refuse derived fuels) without posing a risk to people or the environment.

This specialist e-learning course provides you with the opportunity to learn more about how flue gas conditioning and waste heat recovery boilers are used to increase efficiency and accomplish this goal. The course focuses on five key areas:
• Flue Gas Conditioning Techniques
• Principles of Waste Heat Transfer
• Waste Heat recovery boiler design
• Boiler safety and related regulations
• Waste Heat recovery in practice

There is a short assessment to complete prior to being awarded the certificate.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING
a) All candidates taking this e-learning course, MUST have an individual email address.
b) If purchasing multiple licences, then please send a note of the candidates’ names and email addresses to training@ciwm.co.uk.
