This is an opportunity to visit the Refood Anaerobic Digestion plant which recycles unwanted food waste into renewable energy. The plant supply direct to the National Gas Grid, and also produces ReGrow, a PAS110 accredited, nutrient-rich biofertiliser.

Car
There is limited parking on site so we would encourage car-sharing or public transport.
Public Transport
The nearest railway stations are Dagenham Dock (C2C line) or Barking on the District line. From both stations catch the EL2 bus (roughly every 7 to 10 minutes) or from Dagenham Dock it’s a about a 15 walk.
