We’re upgrading our website
As part of planned improvements to enhance your online experience, we’ll be carrying out essential upgrades between 21 June until 30 June.
You will still be able to access and browse the website. However, you won’t be able to log in to your online CIWM account or make a booking or purchase during this time. This helps ensure that all information is securely and accurately transferred to our new system.
What this means for you
• You won’t be able to create an account log in, apply for membership, or book on to training courses or events online during this time.
• Existing services and content on the website that do not require users to log in remain available.
• No action is required from you during this period.
• Once the new website and portal are live, portal users will be contacted to set a new password.
