Early Careers Presidential Team

Representing and championing professionals with less than 10 years of experience in the resources and waste sector

What is the ECPT?

At CIWM, we know the future of the resources and waste sector is being shaped by individuals at all stages of their career journey. The Early Careers Presidential Team (ECPT) is our dedicated group that represents and champions professionals from all backgrounds with fewer than 10 years of experience in the sector.

Whether you're a recent graduate, an apprentice, a career switcher, or already progressing within the industry, the ECPT is here to ensure your voice is heard, your potential is recognised, and your contribution is valued.
