Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment
Booking forms will only be accepted and confirmed if adequate payment details have been received. These are either:
• Official Purchase Order number
• Credit Card details (Visa and Mastercard only)
• Submission of cheque for full amount with booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any confirmed bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
• If written notice is received more than 28 days before the course is due to commence, 10% of the course fee will apply
• If less than 28 days, but more than 14 days written notice is received, 25% of the course fee will apply
• In the case of non-attendance or less than 14 days written notice, the full course fee will apply
• Substitute delegates will be accepted as long as the Training Services team are notified prior to the course commencing
• We reserve the right to cancel a course if minimum delegate numbers are not met. At least 7 days notice will be given of cancelled courses. On this basis, we advise that you do not make confirmed travel/accommodation arrangements more than 7 days prior to a course commencing, or until joining instructions have been received.
Changes to our programme
IWMBS reserve the right to make changes to the scheduled date or location of our courses. The content of our courses may also be subject to change if deemed appropriate and relevant.
Delegates with Disabilities
We aim wherever possible to offer the facilities and assistance needed to enable delegates with disabilities or medical conditions requiring support arrangements to take part in our courses.
Please advise at the time of booking of any support arrangements that are required.
