We are working with a leading consultancy who have the requirement for a principal planner to work in the north western regional office.
About the Role
To provide professional advice and support on a range of functions related to waste planning, CPO and property matters.
To be client facing managing the effective delivery of projects.
Also work in conjunction with and assist other members of the Waste Team to provide a comprehensive service that is effective, efficient and flexible to meet identified objectives and priorities.
About You
You will be degree qualified in planning or associated environmental disciplines and have a good track record of delivering planning applications for waste management facilities on behalf of developers.
Experience in CPO processes would be a benefit.
You will have strong project management capabilities and be able to effectively interface with both clients and internal parties in successfully delivering projects.
You will be IT literate and have excellent technical writing skills.
