Steering Committee

The work of the Special Interest Group is coordinated by a steering committee that reports to the CIWM Scientific & Technical Committee.

Information

Members of the Group will have the opportunity to attend regular workshops which will provide the opportunity for education and informed debate. Members attending will benefit by learning from the experience of other delegates, identifying areas of concern and understanding the perspective of others in this sector of the industry.

Membership

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the sustainable management of waste and resources. It leaves the operational aspects of recycling to the collection, recycling and environmental cleansing SIG. CIWM Membership is not a pre-requisite, although we hope that this will be a natural progression for those interested in keeping up to date with management information and progressing their career.
