| Description | CWM is a Local Authority Waste Disposal Company (LAWDC) established in 1997 and wholly owned by Carmarthenshire County Council, however it operates as an ‘arms length’ company.
CWM continually strives to improve in diverting as much waste as possible from landfill. To meet the demands of its shareholder, householders in the County and Traders, the Company has taken a proactive stance in meeting, greeting, educating and offering a service which enables optimisation for the recovery of recyclable materials. This Company has achieved growth and recognition both within the community and on a national level and received, in February this year, the Severnside Annual Award for Best Recycling Service Supplier (overall category winner)...
