This open meeting of the Midlands Centre will debate climate change and particularly the impact that transport has on the sustainability/climate change agenda. Experts from the Environment Agency will give an overview of climate change and how its WRATE model can be used to develop sustainable waste and resources management strategies. There will also be a case study from a leading company on how it is managing its waste activities in a sustainable way and how this contributes to the climate change agenda. For those corporate members in the region there will be the opportunity as part of the event to participate in the Midland Centre AGM.
