| Description | WRAP's chief executive, Liz Goodwin has recently stated that quality is 'the lynchpin on which the economic viability of recycling turns'. In this context Community Waste Ltd is hosting a CIWM supported open day at its MRF in Milton Keynes on Thursday 6th September. Presentations will made by key speakers covering : Quality Issues; Pros and Cons of co-mingled and source segregated kerbside collection; and the debates centred upon domestic versus overseas reprocessing. Speakers include representatives of Milton Keynes council, Judy Gregory, Executive Director of Daventry Council, and Tim Miller of WRAP. During the afternoon workshop sessions will be held, providing delegates with an opportunity to air their views, take part in a keen debate and feed back into the industry. The whole day will be concluded with a tour of the MRF.
