If a booking is cancelled before 48 hours before the event, the free place applies.

Any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged £60.

Substitute delegates may attend in place of the original named delegate but we must be informed by email.

Please also note that due to the event being free to attend and limit last-minute cancellations, any delegates who cancel within 48 hours of the event or do not attend on the day will be invoiced for £60.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of CIWM Scotland to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel, CIWM Scotland will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
