Municipal Vehicle Operator

MVO was established in February 2008 in response to demand from the vehicle and plant sector. It wanted a magazine that would not only inform CIWM members about new products, their developments and their trials, but to provide the missing link between manufacturer and operator. MVO, therefore, not only reports on new products and trials, but its remit is to help manufacturers develop and trial their products by linking them to CIWM's members… the operators themselves.

In order to make this happen CIWM recruited leading industry journalist, Malcolm Bates, as project co-ordinator. Malcolm's knowledge and extensive list of contacts have helped not only establish MVO in the market place, but also become a highly valued publication in which to be featured.

Published quarterly (in February, May, August and November) and distributed to all CIWM members and subscribers, MVO is also available under its own subscription.

The magazine has also been instrumental in helping establish and grow CIWM Business Club.
