Morning Session - Arrive at Bury St Edmunds RUFC
Location: The Haberden, Southgate Green, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 2BL
On arrival, visitors should enter via the main entrance to the Bury St Edmunds RUFC. Parking is available at the Rugby Club – delegates are requested to park as close to the club house as possible.

10:00 - 12:45 hrs EA Centre AGM & Speaker Presentations
There will be a presentation from British Sugar who will run through the process of how they reclaim valuable topsoil when sugar beets are delivered to their processing plant, for subsequent processing and sale. The presentations will be followed by a tour of the British Sugar facility.
A second speaker is confirmed from Vertase FLI Limited, who will be telling us about landfill reclamation projects they have worked on in the UK. They will be discussing some of the permitting challenges and verification requirements.
12:45 - 13:30 hrs Networking Lunch
When moving on to the site visit, delegates will be encouraged to car share – this will be arranged during the morning session.
