Additional Information
- Players will be able to purchase refreshments/snacks from a buggy going around the course during the competition. - Buggies have been reserved (£30) and can be booked directly with the golf club by the 17th September.
- All guests can book SPA treatments with a special discount of 20%. Book directly with the hotel leisure centre on +44 1291 635208 and quote "CIWM" (treatments subject to availability so book early to avoid dissapointment) - the list of treatments is available HERE.
- For those requiring accommodation on the 27th September evening, we have reserved a limited number of bedrooms (£105 B&B) to be booked directly with the hotel +44 1291 625261 by the 3rd of August by using this LINK.
- The usual standard club rules will apply (smart dress for the evening) and we will request that members and guests meet these requirements.

Terms & Conditions
DEADLINE FOR BOOKING is Monday 10 September 2018 noon. Places are limited and confirmed when booked online.
All cancellations MUST be sent in writing to celine.anouilh@ciwm.co.uk by 10 September 2018 noon for a full refund.
Delegates who do not show up on the day will be charged the full rate at the time of booking.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of CIWM Cymru Wales to change the content and timing of the event. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel the event, CIWM Cymru Wales will make a full refund of the tickets but disclaim any further liability.
