• An introduction to the permitting and licensing processes which cover the treatment, recovery and disposal of waste
• An introduction to waste exemptions
• How to practically comply with waste Duty of Care and other related control
• Essential elements of hazardous waste controls
• Essential elements of a range of specific waste regulatory controls
• New and future waste regulations, such as Extended Producer Responsibility and Deposit Return Schemes
• Signpost to follow-on CIWM courses and regulatory guidance
