New Generation Groups (NGGs) are for new and younger members of CIWM.They provide a range of events and activities aimed at students, graduates and those new to the wastes industry.
The aims and objectives of NGGs are:
- to encourage new Members to participate in the work of the CIWM
- to raise the profile of the CIWM across all age ranges
- to encourage dialogue between new and established Members
- to network with educational establishements
- to introduce career opportunities in wastes management
- to promote membership of CIWM
NGG activities include:
- Technical Meetings
- Site Visits to wastes management facilities
- Careers Evenings
- Social Events
- Annual National Event
