Terms and Conditions:
CIWM or RTPI Grampian Members: £free (membership numbers are required for booking)
Other delegates: £40.00
All cancellations MUST be received in writing to CIWM Scotland
• If a booking is cancelled before 5 working days before the event, the full fee is refundable. (applicable to paying delegates)
• Any bookings cancelled within 5 working days of the event will be charged 50% of the fee. (applicable to paying delegates)
• Substitute delegates may attend in place of the original named delegate but we must be informed by email, if the substitute delegate is not a member they will be charged accordingly.
• If any members of either CIWM or RTPI do not turn up on the day there is a £20 charge. Please do not book your free place if you have no intention of turning up.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of CIWM Scotland to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled CIWM Scotland will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
