Dear All As part of the work of the Chartered Institution of Waste Management we have regional New Generation Groups for new members, new individuals to the waste industry and also for students. The Peninsula NGG covers Devon and Cornwall and we run site visits, seminars and networking events to encourage new members into CIWM.
We are running our next event on Friday 17th August 2007 at Lean Quarry Landfill Site, Liskeard, Cornwall. This is a short visit which includes a small lunch and is designed for a group of interested individuals to look at an operating waste management facility and also to network.
The event is FREE but due to the nature of the visit there are only 25 places. Places will therefore be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
