There are a number of different qualifications related to wastes and resource management currently available. Qualifications vary in complexity, length and type, with distance learning options also available and therefore should suit a variety of individual needs and styles. Below are details of the academic programmes currently supported or accredited by CIWM.

Other Qualifications

Apprenticeships in Sustainable Resource Management

WAMITAB QCF Waste Management Qualifications are now replacing the NVQs. They are essentially the same as NVQs in terms of delivery style, but are now referred to as an Award, Certificate or Diploma.

VRQ - WAMITAB Level 4Certificate in Wastes and Resource Management

CIWM support the whole range of learning, from work-based qualifications and apprenticeships through to formal academic qualifications.
