Flycapture Enforcement Training is a national training programme developed by Defra, The Environment Agency and The Welsh Assembly Government to assist local authorities to deal with the ongoing problem of waste crime and fly-tipping.
Part 1a (2 days)
Introduction to waste crime and fly-tipping policy & legislation. (LA Enforcement Officers & Legal Teams)
Part 1b (5 days)
Preparing case files, presenting cases in court, gathering evidence. (LA Enforcement Officers)
Part 2 (3 days)
Use of Flycapture data, setting up a Fly-Tipping Strategy, resource management & prevention policies. (LA Managers & Senior Officers)
