CIWM Scotland New Generation Group

The New Generation Group looks to support those new to the industry or those just starting their careers, by offering networking opportunities, seminars,site visits and events put on locally and aimed specifically at this group of people. The NGG also works to increase the profile and awareness of the Waste and Resources Industry and to encourage more people to consider a career in wastes and resource management.

You do not have to be "New Generation" in order to be involved - any CIWM members with ideas on how to encourage and support new people in to the industry are welcome to attend!

CIWM Scotland Centre runs the NGG via 3 sub-regional committees, North, East and West. Only CIWM members (any grade of membership) will be able to sit on the committees.

Most activites are open to members and non-members however non-members will pay a higher attendance fee where applicable.
