East Anglian Centre Council Elections

ELECTION OF CENTRE COUNCILLORS

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the East Anglian Centre of the Institution will be held on 25 April 2012 in conjunction with a Centre Open Meeting commencing at 10am, full details of which will soon be available on the CIWM website under "Regional Centres"

There are currently two Centre Councillors who will have completed their term of office at the AGM and who are eligible for re-election. They are:

Lewis Herbert - 3 Year
Vincent Hunt - 3 Year

Nominations are now invited for the vacancies on the Centre Council. Nominees must be Corporate members of the Institution, i.e. Fellows, Members or Licentiates, whose registered address is within the East Anglia Centre. Nominations must be in writing, proposed and seconded by two other Corporate members also registered within the Centre. The consent of the nominee must also be obtained in writing, and the nomination must be accompanied by a written statement of not more than 250 words, giving some biographical details of the nominee, to enable these details to be circulated in the event of a ballot being required.

Nominations must be received by myself at the address below no later than noon on Friday 9 March 2012, and any nominations received after that time will be invalid.
