On 29 July 2010, Defra published the terms of reference for the review, with the aim of producing preliminary findings by spring 2011. Members can complete a simple online questionnaire and participate in online discussion groups until 9 September. In addition, Defra issued a call for evidence with a deadline of 7 October 2011 |
