In a nutshell, John Carstensen was born and raised in Denmark and he graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a degree in law. “I specialised in environmental law,” he explained, “which had really started to come into play in the early 70s in Denmark, so it was still very much virgin territory and therefore extremely interesting to get into at that time.” |
