A consultation paper containing draft guidance on the definition of waste was published by Defra on 18 January 2010 and has been produced in conjunction with the Welsh Assembly Government, Department of the Environment Northern Ireland, the Environment Agency and the Northern Ireland Environment Agency. The guidance, when finalised, will apply to England, Wales and Northern Ireland. |
