The reM20 treatment hub is an Environment Agency approved soil treatment centre where soils impacted with a wide range of industrial contaminants including petrol, diesel, oils and heavy metals can be treated and re-used

The soil treatment hub has opened close to the M20, where property developers, remediation specialists and civils and groundworks contractors can send contaminated soils for treatment and reuse without incurring landfill tax.

By using the latest soil treatment technologies, 100 percent of contaminated soils are re-used and retained on site and reuse means that landfill tax is not applicable and competitive rates can be provided.

The fixed price quotations for a range of materials make it an attractive alternative to traditional landfill disposal.

The nature of the facility also makes it suitable for large volumes with rapid turnaround and easy access for vehicles.

The facility is accessible by all for sites across the UK, including the Midlands and South of England and the site is licensed by the Environment Agency, operated in accordance with the 'CL:AIRE Code of Practice' and to the highest quality, environmental and safety standards.
