Applying for an Award

To apply for a CIWM Award for Environmental Excellence please complete the appropriate electronic application form (below) and return it via email to excellence@ciwm.co.uk.

 Please use this form to address each of the criteria relating to your entry and we ask that you try and keep your total submission to around 1000 words. You may also submit a reasonable amount of additional material that you feel would support your entry such as images, case studies or press cuttings etc (Microsoft Word and Adobe pdf documents preferred, along with jpeg images).

In support of the impressive environmental work of all our applicants we are encouraging all applications to be submitted electronically, however if you are absolutely unable to do this then please send two hard copies of your application and all supporting evidence with your cover sheet to:

The closing date for all applications is Friday 31st August 2012

Shortlisted entrants will be informed soon after this date, and the winner will be announced on the 8th November at the awards ceremony.
