The commercial activities of the Institution are carried out through its wholly owned arm's length company, IWM Business Services Ltd, (IWMBS). These include:

Board of Directors

The Board of IWMBS Ltd comprises not more than ten members, of which one is ex-officio the Institution's Honorary Treasurer, and one may be a non-executive Director.  The remaining Directors are normally required to be elected members of the Institution's General Council.  These Directors are appointed following a nomination and election process by the Trustees.
